私はサッカーにはまったく興味がありませんが、ベッカム選手は知っています。
でもどちらかというと、サッカー以外の記事で見かけることが多くて、正直あまり良い印象は持っていませんでした。
か細い声（すみません）と他のサッカー選手のように得点した際に踊ったり、激しいアクションをとったりする印象はなかったのですが、若い時は相手選手にキックしてレッドカードをもらったことがあるようです。
ゴシップ系記事の印象ばかりが強すぎて、あまり良い印象はありませんでしたが、これだけ有名になるだけの方だったようですね。先入観は良くありませんね。反省。
それから、
毎回の記事で先頭に200とか300 wordsと書いてそれを積算していましたが、全ワード数ではなく、よく見るとheadwordsとなっていました。よく考えると200と300では１、２ページ分ぐらいしかありません。
カウントし直さないと。
